Bajotierra nace en 2009, fruto de la inquietud y el trabajo del director Alberto Cortés y la actriz Alessandra García. Infieles al “teatro” por naturaleza buscan las formas inversas, la fusión de disciplinas artísticas y alejar el teatro del teatro.

«Seres queridos» no es instalarse en el dolor sino en la vida. Es una familia recorriendo el camino del duelo y son nuestras experiencias. Como bailar con la ausencia o verla del revés. Lo que queremos es cambiar la muerte desde un escenario y aunque no podemos vencerla desde aquí, el duelo puede ser un proceso creativo lleno de posibilidades. Pensábamos que Seres queridos sería nuestro homenaje a los que se han marchado, pero descubrimos a mitad de camino que es nuestro homenaje a los que se quedan aquí. Sonámbulos, sí, pero con aliento todavía.

Loved Ones is not installed in pain but in life. It is a family traveling the road of mourning and are our experiences. Like dancing with the absence or see it the other way around. What we want is to change death from a stage and although we can not overcome here, grief can be a creative process full of possibilities.

Loved Ones thought that would be our tribute to those who have left, but we discovered halfway is our tribute to those who stay here. Sleepwalkers, yes, but still breath.
